Experimenting With Flip Book Animation - 1
My travel project was to figure out how to do a flip book animation, however primitive the effort. I present to you "Tourist Takes A Selfie In Front of The Parthenon". The performance was not completely smooth; the end is a bit clipped.

Folded Book Scultpures 3 - The Exhibition
I upped my game for where to leave part 3. I left it to "exhibit" in an art museum.
Can you see it?
This is the ticket to Palazzo Esposizioni where for a few minutes at least you could have seen Folded Book Part III. I adopted roman numerals, because, well.... you know: "When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
I left my folded book sculpture in a side sitting room.
Can you see it?

Folded Book Sculptures 2 - Part 3
I got a little more complex with part 3: I alternated the undulations from the top and the bottom. The photo shoot was on the Spanish Steps in Rome. Temperature was about 2 degrees; the sun was lovely.

Folded Book Sculptures 1 - Which Is About Part 2.
I recently travelled for a few weeks and for reading material, chose a few books off my shelves to read and leave behind. One of these books was a bulky paperback. I cut it into 3 parts. Part 1 stayed in the airplane pocket. I finished part 2 in Bern, Switzerland, after visiting the Paul Klee museum. I had looked through a few books in the museum shop and saw one which included paper folded books. I didn't buy the book - of course - but I did steal the idea. And I didn't read the directions - of course - so I had to make it up. This is what I came up with:
I left it behind for the Bed & Breakfast hosts.
