Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre - Covered Ground Artist Talk - January 21, 2021

 On January 21, 2021 the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre hosted my Artist Talk.

This is lovely. 

 

Bohemian Waxwing - Sort of

 A plasticine sculpture cannot last forever and so it was that I had a pear tree base with an opportunity for something new. I chose to work with another medium that does not last forever: paper. 

I only have one process photo, but it gives and idea of the foundation structure. It is all paper except for the legs, which are wire wrapped with black yarn.
