Post Card from Curitiba - 13 (Sidewalks part 1)

I look down when I walk because the sidewalks are uneven. Sometimes there are holes. Fortunately, this vigilance is rewarded by interesting and varying sidewalk stone designs. These first ones are based on pinhões -- the nuts from the pinheiro Araucaria tree that is so common here.
